LITHIUM BATTERY RECYCLING PLANT
- Purpose: To safely recycle lithium-ion batteries from smartphones, laptops, and other portable devices.
FEEDING CONVEYOR:
- This is the Feeding Conveyor where the batteries are loaded. This is a PLC controlled conveyor having 1 HP motor.
SHREDDER COMBINED WITH SOFT MILL
- This is our own design to separate black mass from the battery without impurities. This has a shredding chamber combined with soft mill. The shredder has special cutters. First the batteries are broken into pieces and then milled. A cyclone is produced inside the chamber and some black mass (15%) is separated in this machine which is pure and free from dust.
OUTPUT CONVEYOR
- This Conveyor is also controlled by PLC and has some Linear movement. The power of this Conveyor is 2 HP. Exhaust pipe is provided.
TRANSPORT CONVEYOR
- This Conveyor is used to transport the remaining shredded and milled materials which is obtained when first black mass is removed. This conveyor is fully 2 HP. Exhaust pipe is provided.
HAMMER MILL
- The transported material is fed to a hammer mill. This hammer mill is not a regular design but for high RPM. 30 HP motor is provided for this. Proper exhaust pipe is provided.
ZIG ZAG SEPARATOR
- This zig zag separator is used to separate light weight plastic film (PE, PP) called insulators. A 5HP blower is used for this. This has a bag filter.
CYCLONE MATERIAL COLLECTOR
- The hammered material is further sucked by a cyclone material collector. This has a 5HP blower. Bag filter is also provided.
VIBRO SIEVE
- The collected material is fed into a vibro sieve where some more black mass is separated (20%). This black mass have some impurities mixed with it which is copper and aluminum dust. Exhaust pipe is provided. 5 HP power is used.
CONTROL PANEL
- A Centralized control panel is provided. We can control and monitor the plant from a separate Glass Room.
Justification: Lithium batteries are both valuable and hazardous. This plant allows for the safe extraction of lithium and other materials, while preventing environmental harm from improper disposal.
SCOPE OF WORK
NEUTRALIZING PLANT
- Salt water tank build by concrete is to be done by the customer.
- Tank - 4 numbers with dimensions 6feet width x 12feet length x 5feet height.
- If customer wants we can supply Handling machines for dipping, washing and drying with 4 baskets. If not , the customer can do by themselves.
RECYCLING PLANT
- The Recycling Plant is completely done by us.
